Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Scope and Applicability

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all customers (“Users”) of ClanServerHosting and to anyone using our services, including teamspeak and web hosting services.
By using our services, the User agrees to these terms.
This policy also applies to third parties who gain access to our systems through the User’s account.

2. Permitted Use

Our services may only be used for legitimate purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not harm our infrastructure, other customers, or the wider internet.
Permitted use includes, among others:

  • – Hosting websites or servers that comply with Dutch and European legislation.
  • – Using Teamspeak servers for communication within teams, communities, and organizations.
  • – Activities that respect the security, privacy, and integrity of other users.

3. Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to use our services for or in connection with:

  • – Distribution of illegal, discriminatory, violent, or pornographic content.
  • – Hosting or sharing copyrighted material without authorization.
  • – Spam, phishing, DDoS attacks, or other forms of network abuse.
  • – Distribution of malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
  • – Fraud, scams, or other criminal activities.
  • – Attempts to gain unauthorized access (hacking) to our systems or those of third parties.

ClanServerHosting reserves the right to intervene without prior notice if such use is detected.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

Users must at all times comply with applicable Dutch, European, and international laws and regulations, including privacy legislation (such as the GDPR) and intellectual property rights.
Violation of these obligations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, termination of the service, or reporting the violation to the competent authorities.

5. Responsibility of Users and Third Parties

The User is fully responsible for all activities carried out under their account, including the actions of any sub-users or third parties.
If third parties use ClanServerHosting’s services through the User’s account, the User is required to make this AUP known to them and ensure compliance.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

ClanServerHosting monitors network traffic and servers solely to ensure security, stability, and compliance with this AUP.
We reserve the right to:

  • – Temporarily restrict or suspend traffic or accounts suspected of misuse.
  • – Remove content that violates these provisions.
  • – Terminate the agreement in cases of repeated or severe abuse.

In serious cases, ClanServerHosting may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or legal proceedings.

7. Amendments to This Policy

ClanServerHosting reserves the right to amend or supplement this AUP at any time.
The most recent version will always be published on our website.
Users are encouraged to review this policy regularly.
